Vincent R. Hess - President & CEO

Originally launched in late 2002, metroBanc™ Capital Advisors continues to be headed by Vincent R. Hess, a former consultant to several founding members of the the industry. Over the last several years Mr. Hess has expanded and enhanced his relationships within the private banking industry enabling metroBanc™ Capital Advisors the ability to offer the most compliant and transparent securities collateralized lending platforms that exist in the nation.

Mr. Hess also serves as an Associate Member of Ajene Watson, LLC, a boutique Wall St. investment banking and strategic corporate guidance firm, and he is also the co-founder of True Lending Platforms, a financial services development company which developed the True Loan™ stock loan, the first fully SEC, IRS, UCC and FRB compliant securities collateralized loan product ever offered in the US by a private banking group.

David C. Gullickson - Director of Business Development

Mr. Gullickson brings over 18 years of financial, marketing, and negotiating experience to metroBanc Capital Advisors. Formerly a member of the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Gullickson completed his active duty and was honorably discharged. He went on to attend Los Angeles City College and completed his B.A. in Business at the University of Maryland. Mr. Gullickson began his financial career working for Strauch & Associates, a real estate firm specializing in the commercial real estate sector and the mortgage banking business. He has worked with both onshore and offshore financial institutions and has traveled extensively in Asia and Europe. In his career, Mr. Gullickson has closed hundreds of stock loan transactions, as well as facilitated numerous merger and acquision deals in foreign markets.

"In business lending, it has never failed to amaze me when I see someone take a shortcut, withhold information or otherwise lie, or cheat their clients, partners or others in order to close a deal, or make a few more bucks.. All at the expense of their name, their reputation, and most importantly their own integrity.

Why? Sometimes I think it must be something deeper in their psyche, probably from their childhood, but the truth is that I haven't the first clue.. I am not a therapist, nor do I wish to associate with such characters long enough to find out what motivates them.

I only know that we will not join them. We don't need to, and we certainly don't want to. There is plenty of good business to be done without compromising our principles, and so we will conduct our business accordingly.."

metroBanc™ Capital Advisors is primarily engaged in the business of originating stock loans for shareholders of both free trading and restricted securities, both foreign and domestic. We will act in this capacity only using the finest financial instruments available.

We will arrange for our clients loans from as little as $100K, up to $20MM and beyond using a variety of financial instruments, each using it's own set of unique collateral criteria as well as benefits.

We will perform our duties in an ethical and transparent fashion, and will always put the interests of our clients ahead of our own, ensuring successful business relationships and opportunities for the future.
